HR Administrator (International law firm) $16-20K



Our client is a reputable leading internal law firm with over 70 offices around the world; they are currently seeking for a HR Administrator to be part of their HR team in their Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to explore the HR as a career path in the legal industry in the long term.


You will be reporting to the HR Director and be part of an HR team of 3, main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide daily HR administrative support to the team
  • Arrange interviews and assessments with recruitment agents and candidates
  • Maintain organisational chats, manage visa applications, handle all round applications and compliance documentations for Law Society
  • Manage CPD Scheme
  • Data entry, record keeping and filing
  • Assist in creating job specifications
  • Assist in annual graduate recruitment activities (e.g. Law Fairs)
  • Assist in ad hoc projects if required


  • Degree holder in Business, HR or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of admin/HR assistant experience is preferred
  • Candidates with legal experience is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive and self-starter
