HR Administrator (Work location: Shek Mun)

This role will assist the back office HR team in all aspects of Administration. Providing an efficient and effective HR service, and acting as the first point of contact for general employee queries.

Job Roles:
New Joiner procedure

• Provide general support on the operations of recruitment and support to the team and Recruitment Vendor
• Partner with Recruitment Vendor
• Update and maintain employee database records in HRIS system
• Prepare and consolidate new joiner HR reports and related HR documents
• Make sure the new joiners provide full set of required documents for compliance
• Ensure all information in personal files & HRIS is complete and accurate
• Conduct Reference Checking

Payroll Admin

• Invoicing – sending and coordinating all invoices for different Business Units and Finance Team
• Prepare and consolidate HR payroll reports and analytics
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by HR

Contract Renew

• Manage contract renewal with different Business Units
• Prepare and consolidate staff renewal reports and related HR documents

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in C&B nature (fresh graduate will not be considered).
• Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• High level of accuracy as well as strong sense of responsibilities and multi-task oriented
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in HR systems such as Podium is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferable
