HR Administrator

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of HR outsourcing services to clients, including recruitment, payroll calculation, handling visa applications and other HR and payroll related services
  • Implementation of HR system and maintaining staff record and updating data on the system
  • Clerical support such as quotation & billing issuance
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1 year relevant experience in HR and payroll processing is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong
  • Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel – Vlookup, pivot table, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
  • Customer oriented mindset and strong communication skill
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage
