Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies or HR Management
  • 3 years relevant working experience in supporting C&B functions
  • Prior exposure in sizable and multinational organizations is required
  • Conversant with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized, adaptable, team player with stable working history
  • Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for human resources administration focusing on C&B functions
  • Follow up enrollment and termination procedures of various benefits programs
  • Handle internal enquiries regarding employee benefits and prepare regular HR reports
  • Maintain updated staff database and participate in ad hoc C&B projects as assigned
