Get to Know Us

Capgemini is a place where different people come together as one team, get creative and deliver results. We like to learn from each other and have fun in the process. Find out what makes us Capgemini.

Team Spirit

As business models go, we’re big admirers of the beehive. It’s all about collaboration, you see. Everyone here works together to achieve a common goal in creating better change for our clients. But we also respect each other’s individuality. Because that’s what adds value to the team.

Diversity

Diversity is deeply engrained in our culture. Not purely because we’re present in over 40 countries with employees speaking more than 100 different languages. But for us, diversity goes further and encompasses many more dimensions such as gender, ethnicity, age and lifestyle.

Here at Capgemini, I feel the difference at the way customers exude confidence in us. It’s a fun work environment with ample learning opportunities, warm professional relations, a work-life balance.

Passion, Creativity, Innovation

Our teams don’t just read up on the latest technology trends, they create and influence them too. They’re also usually some of the first ones to play around with cutting-edge technology that lead to great ideas.
