HR and Admin Assistant –

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general duties of HR and administrative work.
  • Provide support for daily office operation.
  • Responsible for daily clerical support.
  • Schedule meetings and candidate interviews.
  • Maintain confidentially and privacy on employee welfare and personnel matters.
  • Assist in HR administration duties including gathering data from employees, updating attendance and leave record, and maintaining staff personnel files.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people.
  • Detail minded, strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated, willing to learn and take up challenges with “Can-do" attitude.
  • Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Being strong in Excel skills is preferred.
