HR and Admin Assistant / Officer (5-day, MNC Environment)

My client is the UK top prestigious company with a strong presence across the globe. They are fast-growing and looking to launch their branch in Hong Kong, currently looking for a talent to join their HR team


  • Provide support for full spectrum of human resources function including compensation and benefits, employee relation, recruitment and selection
  • Assist in C&B functions including preparation of payroll, benefit enrollment and leave administration
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, maintain the filling system
  • Assist in all round office administration
  • Review and ensure policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with labour regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in provide salary market data analysis
  • Arrange application or extension of VISA
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant experience in sizable company
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Well versed in employment ordinance and other HR regulations
  • Independent, smart, detail-minded with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Be proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
