Job Description

  • Provide human resources and administrative support;
  • Provide Secretarial support to the Management;
  • Liaise with vendors for all travel arrangements, including hotels and flights bookings;
  • Handle employment working visa applications or other kinds of visa related to employment;
  • Responsible for general office administrative duties;
  • Assist in recruitment process, update and maintain employees records;
  • Assist in regular and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with diploma holder;
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
