HR and Admin Assistant

  • Assist in all-rounded HR and office administration functions;
  • Responsible for job advertising, candidate screening, coordinating candidate interviews, and on-boarding arrangements;
  • Maintain all information in personal files, filing and HR systems;
  • Responsible for leave record and monthly HR reports;
  • Provide office administration supports including but not limited to office supplies and office equipment maintenance, stationary ordering etc;
  • Assist in employee-relation activities and events;
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Min.1 year working experience in HR or office administration;
  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation.
  • Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize issues;
  • Able to work efficiently and independently.
