Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administration support in HR functions including but not limited to leave record management, MPF, Medical and Insurance administration duties, visa application and preparation of HR related documents.
  • Assisting in handling the recruitment process e.g. post job ad, CV screenings, interview schedule arrangements, prepare employment contract,etc.
  • Responsible for updating staff handbook, policy & procedure.
  • Perform staff on-boarding and exit administration.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR and Admin projects as assigned.
     

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources / Business / Management or relevant disciplines
  • 1 – 2 years’ working experience in Administration or Human Resources field preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Familiar with MS Windows and Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
