HR and Admin Clerk / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in HR and office administration functions;
  • Support full spectrum of human resources functions include but not limit to recruitment, payroll administration support and coordinate of staff activities, etc;
  • Perform all-rounded administrative duties, not limited to office supplies and equipment procurement (i.e. stationeries, printed matters, pantry items etc.), office housekeeping, and repair & maintenance, and filing
  • Responsible for job advertisement posting, screen candidates, coordinate interviews until on boarding and orientation
  • Maintain the database of staff record, including attendance, staff leave and benefit administrations
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or other business-related discipline
  • At Least 2 years of relevant working experience, less experience will also be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Immediate availability is preferred
