Our client is a fast-growing Property Development Company with strong presence across APAC. They are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Director for their HK Office.

Job description

  • Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of HR and Admin department, oversea and responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
  • Reporting to the senior management team, responsible for review and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
  • Lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
  • Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to the company's objectives and handling the employee relations to both general staff and managers
  • Plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals effectively.
  • Advise on manpower plans and monitor progress
  • Review and revamp necessary changes on company HR policies to align with business strategies and regulator changes
  • Provide Business Partnership with business division heads to work on areas of staff retention and manpower planning and also to promote and improve the overall working environment for staff
  • To identify areas for staff development and to implement training programs


  • Bachelor degree with 8 years or above solid HR management experience
  • Previous experience in Property development industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to produce creative solutions to solve HR issues
  • Energetic, self-motivated, independent and able to meet business objectives efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong project management skills
  • A strategic thinker and partner to the management team
