Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all round office administration duties
  • Assist to handle all round HR operations
  • Prepare reports and data analysis 
  • Travel arrangement, such as air-ticket and hotel arrangements
  • Assist to organize company functions and activities
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality and good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and the related regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is preferred
