HR and Admin Officer - HK and China Office

Main duties/job scope:

  1. Responsible for performing full spectrum of HR and Admin functions for HK and China offices;
  2. Provide office administration services for HK office;
  3. Participating in the recruitment process of hiring new staff;
  4. Review and improve the current HR system and working procedures;
  5. Assist in reviewing and implementing the HR policies;
  6. Prepare HR statistics related to recruitment e.g. annual salary survey;
  7. Strengthen and enhance employee relations and improve communication amongst staff in both HK and China.


  1. Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  2. At least 2 years all rounded HR experience in both HK and China.
  3. Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and with basic knowledge in China Labour and Employment Law.
  4. Excellent communication skill.
  5. Ability to work with people from various cultural background.
  6. Able to work under pressure, and independently.
  7. Energetic, mature, sensitive in figure, attention to details, and well organized.
  8. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a MUST.
