HR and Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include but not limited to payroll calculation of full-time and part-time staff, taxation, leave and attendance records, compensation & benefits, insurance, and recruitment
• Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Provide administrative support to the Executive team, outdoor work maybe required
• Perform any ad hoc duties or projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years’ HR experience, preferably in retail industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
• Well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Proficient in MS Office specially in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
