HR and Admin Officer

  • Provide administrative support to HR department
  • Handle payroll calculation and execution
  • Maintain and update HRIS database, including personal file and leave records etc.
  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
  • Provide support in administration duties including all stationery, office  equipment maintenance and general correspondence etc.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma or above in HR or related disciplines
  • 2 year or above relevant experience
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and other related ordinances/regulations
  • Be a proactive and good team player and can work under a fast pace environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as HR Assistant
