HR and Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the group, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, reward management, benefits administration, payroll administration, leave and personnel database administration MPF calculation and submission, prepare contract and employee relationship
  • HR generalist but focus in recruitment,end-to-end process of recruitment activities
  • Build and maintain harmonious employee relations and strong communication network with all levels both internally and externally
  • Manage individual cases related to tribunal and/ or arbitration activities as required
  • Provide administrative supports for the company including filing, data-entry
  • Perform ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the HR field. Experience and knowledge in HR system implementation will be an advantage.
  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management or related discipline.
  • Well versed in the Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations.
  • Strong communication, presentation and people skills
  • Attention to details, organized and able to work independently.
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & HR practice and regulations
  • Work under pressure with multi-tasking ability.

Location:Tai kok tsui

working hours :Monday to Friday (10am -7pm)
