Responsibilities:

  • Handle Human Resources (HR) and Admin duties including recruitment, expatriate administration, staff engagement, manage office equipment & materials, etc.
  • Manage travel arrangement, insurance, medical and leave issues of staff members
  • Responsible for updating staff handbook, policy & procedure, and organize staff activities
  • Maintain accurate staff information, and records in company’s internal system
  • Prepare reports & filing, and take up ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR management or related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in HR & Admin, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Well versed in HK employment ordinance, staff and HR related ordinances
  • Strong communication skills with fluent speaking and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Mac company, MS Office application such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
  • Positive, true team player, open-minded and possess a strong sense of responsibility
  • Attention to details, well-organized and independent
