We are looking to expand our operation and have opening for the following position:
HR and Administration Assistant


  • Perform general reception duties, including handling all incoming calls and mails, and dealing with courier matters
  • Responsible for reservation and maintenance of conference rooms
  • Greet visitors and guests in professional manner and handle visitor registration record to ensure office security
  • Provide administrative and human resources support
  • Perform ad hoc assignments


  • Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience, exposure in multinational or sizeable organization is highly preferred
  • Good telephone manner
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
