Job Description:
  • Provides full range of professional HR services and advices including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, staff communications… etc.
  • Formulates and implements related HR policy & procedures to support business growth

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At lease 8 years' managerial experience in all round HR functions, especially in payroll for Hong Kong and China.
  • Proficiency of the Hong Kong and China labor law and regulatory.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all levels and different culture.
  • Experience in using HRIS MRC system is definite and advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
