About the company

Our client is a MNC Textile manufacturing company. They are looking for an experience and driven HR and Administration Officer to handle the full set HR Admin duties. This is a one man band role and report to the oversee senior manager.

About the role

  • Provide full scope of HR functions to regional offices, including Payroll, C&B, Recruitment, L&D, staff engagement etc
  • Support the whole office general administrative duties, office management, equipment maintenance, filing, procurement and vendor management etc
  • Handling secretarial duties as required, e.g: travel arrangement, expense claim
  • Maintain system and data updates, including employee record and personal details
  • Coordinate for company events and staff activities
  • Assist in prepare documents and company policies
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required,



Requirement and skills:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong presentation, planning and organizing skills
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
  • Immediately available
