HR and Administration Officer

  • Provide full and quality HR and administrative support
  • Handle all-rounded HR functions, perform recruitment, compensation and benefit including monthly payroll process
  • Coordinate employee relations activities, performance appraisal, salary review
  • Manages and monitors daily operations of the administration department
  • Perform a full range of daily administrative duties
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • University degree or diploma holder with formal HR management training
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • True team player, good planner and time manager, good commitment to the work, strong sense of responsibility, efficient and able to delivery on work;
  • Strong leadership skill and proven capability to motivate and inspire team member
  • Excellent telephone manner, pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented with good sense of responsibility
  • Excellent in both spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in PC operations especially MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available
