Job duties

  • Assist Managing Director and HR and Administrative Manager in handling daily operations including housekeeping, regular orders of office supplies, expense reimbursement and claim, accouting entries for revenues and expenses, delivery and courier arrangement
  • Schedule appointments and other travel arrangements for Managing Director and/ or interview arrangements with candidates
  • Handle payroll issues including collecting time sheet, payroll calculations, recording and filing; communicate with banks for payroll issues
  • Assist the talent acquisition and hiring process for temporary employees, internships, part-time helpers etc
  • Assist in employment contract and job ads drafting, posting
  • Manage physical and digital filing records, update archives and records of business documents
  • Update and maintain internal database with sensitive information
  • Prepare various reports regarding HR issues
  • Handle candidate's inquiry on phone and email
  • Other ad-hoc/ seasonal duties


  • 1 year of full-time working experience in administration, office management, HR, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant etc
  • Excellent telephone and written email communications skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
  • Experience in talent acquisition and hiring will be a big plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel or spreadsheets
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, willing to try and curiosity to learn
  • Knowledge of life
