HR and Administrative Assistant/Clerk

Basic Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • At least 1-2 year working experience in Admin and HR Dept.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Good Telephone manner
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently, detail oriented and mature


  • HR functions: keeping staff records, attendance records, benefits administration etc
  • Provide general reception service: handle phone calls, greeting visitors
  • Administrative work: data entry, documents scanning and filing, manage office supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance etc
  • Business trip and travelling arrangement
  • Outdoor work: bank-in/ mailing
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required
