HR Assistant (6 months contract, temp to perm opportunity)

Our client, a well-known company is looking for a HR Assistant to join their dynamic team.


Job Description:

Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions including compensation and benefits, payroll, talent acquisition and learning and development
Maintain personnel records, leave management and benefits administrations
Provide general support and participate in various HR initiatives
To assist all office administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 1 year experience HR experience 
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation would be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate availability would be an advantaged
