HR Assistant (Airport, 5 days)

Location: Airport
Welcome package: 5 working days, Bank Holiday, Medical, 10-14 days AL, Year end bonus.
Working hour: Mon to Fri 9-6pm

Job duties:

  • Assist senior to prepare the monthly payroll and MPF administration
  • Handle the processing of new comer, staff movement, resignation
  • Assist in Recruitment process or C&B (should assist in one party)
  • Handle the HR daily operation
  • Ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid Human Resources experiences
  • Independent, good interpersonal skills and able to form effective working relationship with people at all levels
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
