Support full spectrum of human resources functions include but not limited to on-boarding, recruitment, C&B management, database and filing management as well as employee engagement
Assist in HR reports, annual budget and forecast
Assist in reviewing subsidiaries’ HR policies regularly and align with group practices
Assist in implementing new HR system
Act as a HRBP to coordinate PRC subsidiaries’ HR matters
Organize staff activities and training.
Assist in ad-hoc HR or administrative tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 3 years of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably with PRC experiences in sizable organizations
Demonstrate good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation in Hong Kong and PRC preferred
Experience in Yonyou system is an advantage
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Sensitive to figures, good computer knowledge and skills including MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, Power-point, etc.) and Chinese words processing
Be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and can-do attitude, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
