HR Assistant Manager (Recruitment Focused)

A leading MCN Financial Sercices firm is looking for a Assistant HR Manager to join their HR team.
Reporting to the Team Head, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for about 80% of recruitment and 20% HRBP:

  • developing the effective hiring channels and making sure the recruitment practices are conducted at a high professional standard and in a timely manner
  • acting as business partner with line managers in the areas of organisational structural review
  • working closely with the Talent Acquisition team as well as the rest of the HR team in building brand awareness for the firm and developing attractive recruitment programs for new talents
  • advising line managers on market trends and recruitment practices
  • managing the recruitment life cycle from selection all the way up to on-boarding
  • working closely with the Head on providing HRBP service to stakeholders
  • working closely with Shared Service Team to enhance the current HRIS system

The suitable candidate shall meet the following requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • sound knowledge of employment ordinance and HR regulations
  • able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • excellent presentation skills, fluent in both English and Chinese
