Our client is a leading company looking for a Human Resources - Assistant Manager / Senior Specialist to support the recruitment activities of mega projects


Job description and responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and formulate recruitment strategies and devise appropriate action steps to address these needs
  • Review and revamp the overall efficiency of existing recruitment processes and channels as well as provide recommendation for continuing improvement for management review
  • Prepare regular recruitment related analysis and reporting to ensure the recruitment progress is on the right track
  • Monitor the project progress, identify potential HR issues, if any, and alert to the Senior Human Resources Manager – Corporate Units in a timely manner
  • Support the administration of employment work visa related and hiring system administration
  • Handle full set of HR account services in the project office and serves as gatekeeping to ensure that all processes and procedures must align with the Corporate Standard

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business/Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of experience in an end-to-end recruitment role with track record in recruiting engineering roles
  • Resilient, mature and target-driven individual who can work independently with good sense of ownership and deliver quality work and meet tight timeline
  • Proven social networking proficiency; Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to engage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks concurrently;
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
