HR Assistant Manager

Main Job Responsibilities

 

  • Directly report to the CEO to assist in full spectrum HR functions
  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll calculations and administration for Hong Kong and Taiwan operations
  • Review and monitor monthly payroll and pension calculations for China operations
  • Handle pension schemes, benefits administration and salaries tax returns (if applicable) for Hong Kong, China and Taiwan (and potential new countries)
  • Liaise with local payroll or accounting vendors whenever necessary
  • Support and maintain HR system, employee database and staff records
  • Support recruitment activities including headcount maintenance, job advertising, pre-screening, interview scheduling and onboarding preparation, as well as leave administration
  • Prepare employment related documents and process work visa applications, if necessary
  • Assist general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

 Requirements

  • University degree or above in relevant discipline
  • 2 years or above of solid hands-on general Human Resources experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, flexible, attention to details, good organization and a good team player
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
