HR Assistant / Officer (Public Sector, Contract)
Responsibilities:
- assisting in handling full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment process and other HR services in daily operations;
- assisting in work processes review and preparing documentation on detail work processes and requirements;
- liaising with business contacts on HR initiatives;
- upkeeping accurate employment records and databases;
- preparing HR related statistics and reports; and
- participating in HR projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Permanent resident of Hong Kong
- Diploma or above in Human Resources or related subject
- Have at least one years' full-time post-qualification working experience in the field of human resources or administration
- Be proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
