Reporting to HR Director, HR Assistant will be mainly focused to support our front-line staff recruitment and will be responsible for:
- HR Administration duties such as HR reports,
- Phone screenings and interviews scheduling for our Talent Acquisition Specialist,
- Contract signatures with candidates,
- Uniforms management for our front-line staff,
- HR events preparation,
- Any HR ad hoc duties to support HR Department.
- Perfectly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- At least 2 years experience in administration,
- Familiar with retail industry is an advantage,
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline within a fast paced environment,
- Proactive, flexible, rigorous and strong interpersonal skills,
- Immediately available is a must.
