Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications and reference check;
  • Responsible for compensation & benefits, leave and training record including but not limited to payroll, MPF and tax return;
  • Support full spectrum of HR & Administrative support for HR Team, including data input, update staff personnel record, prepare HR correspondence and filing;
  • Formulation administration and implementation of policies and staff performance evaluations
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above and preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years’ relevant HR experience 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • A proactive team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Well organized, meticulous and able to handle multi-tasks within deadlines
  • Immediate available is most preferred.
