Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mainly responsible for daily support of HR;
  • Assist in all recruitment activities and payroll administration,
  • Perform clerical duties including employment letter and staff correspondence preparation;
  • Handle documentary filing system including staff personal records & data;
  • Participate in assigned HR projects;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager

Requirements

  • DSE or above with pass in English preferred;
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in F & B industry preferred; 
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English;
  • Knowledge to PC software (MS Word, Excel);
  • Be pro-active, detail-minded, independent and ready to meet challenges;
  • Immediate available preferred.
