• Provide support in HR and office administration functions;
• Support full spectrum of human resources functions include but not limit to recruitment, payroll administration support
• Assist in preparing HR and Administration related documents, announcements and reports when necessary;
• Responsible for office supplies and maintenance;
• Coordinate mailings and courier/deliveries;
• Review, formulate & ensure smooth operation;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Higher diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business-related discipline with 1-2 years related working experience;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations;
• Independent, proactive, detail minded, well organised, team player with can do attitude to work with different parties;
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
