A global investment management firm is looking for a HR Associate to join their HR team. This will be an excellent opportunity for junior HR candidates (2 -3 years experience) to join established and reputable company to further develop their career.

Client Details

M client is a global investment management firm looking for a HR Associate to join their high flying HR team. With 2 HR BPs, and report directly to Regional Human Capital Manager, this junior talent will be exposed to regional HR opportunities and will be groomed to become on of the key partners in HR.

  • Report directly to Regional HR Manager and work closely with two HRBPs.
  • Responsible for on boarding procedures including but not limited to reference check, contract drafting, enrolment to benefits program, visa application
  • Responsible for off boarding procedures eg. termination of benefits, exit interview,final payment
  • Support recruitment functions including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interview co-ordination
  • Act as first contact point for regional HR matters
  • Support payroll duties
  • Support general office administration
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Bachelor degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • 2 years + HR experience in sizeable companies
  • Must speak fluent English, Mandarin and native Cantonese
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
  • Experience with HRIS system - IPL, Workday
  • Personality wise: proactive, independent, bubbly, team player
