HR Business Analyst (12 months Contract)

The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst job category is to lead and execute analysis activity for one or more programmes. They may be located in a variety of areas of the Group Companies, they may be located in projects as well as in established BAU teams. It is possible that the Business Analyst works on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the capture, analysis and documentation of business process (including IT processes)
  • Designing solutions or change interventions
  • Oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
  • Manage or collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication
  • Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
  • Managing implementation of solutions
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Management of external service providers

Requirement:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in a Performance & Reward or similar capacity
  • Strong analytical skills and will have independent minds to investigate matters in a clear and coherent manner
  • HR project experiences is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Independent, details oriented and able to work under pressure
  • able to commit
