Description

In a newly created role for their team, they are looking for a high-calibre HR Business Partner to join their team in a dynamic role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Hands-on approach to engage the business in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Global Mobility
  • Take a lead in building a strong recruitment strategy for the business - ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates at all times
  • Responsible for full employee life-cycle from screening CVs/candidates, on-&off-boarding, visa application, and working with vendors on global mobility
  • Engage with employees of all levels to understand Learning & Development needs
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and all business units to understand their HR needs and be a first point of contact for any HR matters
  • Be a partner as part of their Global HR Team to discuss and implement projects in Hong Kong
  • Ad-hoc






Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Industry background preferably in Financial Services of High-Tech
  • At least 4 years' experience either in recruitment or generalist realm
  • Extremely strong communication skills - ability to liaise with international teams fluently in English and Chinese
  • Emphasis on a driven and learning mindset, with a proactive attitude
