HR Business Partner -MNC Manufacturing Firm

Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturer that support sustainable business. Their clienteles cover various industries worldwide. Due to business developing well they are looking for a HR specialist to join their high performing team.

About the Role

  • Involves in a wide range of HR services including manpower planning, talent management, employee engagement and HR projects to support Hong Kong and Asia operations
  • Responsible for HR strategic plan implementations and work closely with line manager in driving annual HR programmes
  • Identify and map out training needs, select appropriate curriculum & intervention solution, evaluate the effectiveness etc
  • Takes part in Succession Planning and Staff Development imcluding but not limited to ensure adequate succession plans are in place, MT programme etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

About the People

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR as a generalist, preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies
  • Mature and independent, excellent communication skills and attention to details, proactive
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
