Role Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team to drive various HR initiatives and advise our people leaders on people matters.

  • Be a trusted partner to advise people leaders from a culturally diverse background on various HR initiatives and people matters
  • Drive key strategic HR initiatives including learning and development agenda, employee engagement, retention, etc.
  • Work closely with second line of defence on HR risks & control to ensure compliance and adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures
  • Manage and proactively mitigate people risks and issues as appropriate; ensure escalation and develop plan for resolution
  • Assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives for the new team
  • Prepare HR analytics, trackers, reports, presentation materials and other HR related documents for reporting and analysis, ensuring data accuracy at all times
  • Coordinate with internal and offshore teams to support HR service delivery and project implementations
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and HR vendor management

Our Ideal Candidate

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, business administration or relevant disciplines
  • Solid generalist hands on experience in Human Resources function, preferably in a start up or fintech environment
  • Pro-active and able to come up with creative solutions
  • Ability to learn new systems, subject matters and processes quickly
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Tactful and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Mature, flexible, committed, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Payroll experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in equity plan administration and/or deferred compensation schemes preferred but not required
