Our client is a MNC Brand in Manufacturing, Retail & Wholesale with global footprint.
 With the rapid expansion in APAC, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to facilitate their HR operating procedures and drive new changes by implementing new strategies in SEA country ( Philippines/ Shenzhen) .

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive HR people strategies to accelerate business growth focusing on training and development, employee retention and engagement, succession planning, and company culture enhancement in order to improve employee's satisfaction and engagement in the workplace
  • Provide strategic HR partnership advice to business leaders on people management, promotion, internal transfer, and talent development
  • Work with sourcing team on develop, drive and maintain recruitment strategy, aligned with global and regional HR strategy, reviewing regularly
  • Build an effective communicate channel and work closely with senior business stakeholders and local HR business partner across APAC
  • Provide guidance to the local operation leader in performance management and appraisal exercise
  • Lead various HR projects including employee recognition program, employee engagement survey, salary and benefit review

Job Requirements

  • University Bachelor’s Degree or above in business related disciplines
  • A self-starter with a minimum of 8 – 10 years’ proven HR Business Partnering experience
  • Experience in manufacturing/wholesale is a plus
  • Solid experience in HR campaign development, project and change management with effective communication skills highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to relocate to manufacturing sites ( Philippines/ Shenzhen) for 1-2 years if required
