A well-known and established company with a stable business is looking for a seasoned HRBP to provide all round account servicing duties for internal clients at the Group level.

Client Details

Our client is a very well established and reputable company listed in Hong Kong. They have more than 5,000 employees with a growing business. To support their HR business, they are looking for an energetic, flexible and independent HRBP to provide Account Services for the line managers, on recruitment, headcount planning and people development strategies.


  • Act as key point of contact to provide end to end HR account services to group level corporate office departments
  • Work closely with stakeholders on people management plans, including headcount planning, organizational and team structure plans, performance management, staff development plans design, for internal staff to meet the business objectives
  • Manage employee relations and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and company culture
  • Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers
  • Prepare and compile manpower management report
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimal 8 years of HRBP experience, including process streamlining, driving transformation, driving corporate development initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Proactive, independent; Strong numerical and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
