The client has successfully partnered with all industry sectors in delivering their professional services, and has great record of success.

About the Role:
  • Deliver a full range of human resources services to the local office, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement,performance management, training and development etc
  • Provide solutions and advises to employees enquiries on HR policies and programs
  • Conduct HR analysis to provide insights on HR policies and programs
  • Work closely with business mangers and act as a trusted advisor on people matters
  • Engage in company-wide HR projects

About the People:

  • Bachelor Degree in HRM or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experiences gained from sizeable companies preferable from logsitics/ telecom/ retail/ FMCG or any other fast-paced industries
  • Detail-minded and upbeat, proactive and flexible at work
  • Good proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Occasionally attend staff events and there may be changes of working hours
