About this company

The person will act as a strategic and trusted HR Business Partner to provide HR advice and support to key stakeholders. He/she has to work closely with respective HR teams e.g. Talent Acquisition, Reward Management, L&D, Staff Engagement, etc. as well as other Business Units to deliver the best services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner and build good relationships with COE and regional HR leaders in Talent Acquisition, Reward Management, Learning & Development, Staff Engagement, and HR Digitalization teams to implement solutions and help scale the business solutions
  • Act as key point of contact to provide end to end HR support / advices, from TA strategies, performance management, compensation, employee relations matters and organizational development, for different business units, aligning people and business strategies to fulfill business goals
  • Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers
  • Prepare and compile manpower planning reports
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or above in HRM, Organizational/Business Studies, etc.
  • Minimal 4 to 6 years of solid working experience in all-rounded Talent Acquisition and Development plus Reward Management and has proven himself / herself as a partner to the business (preferably in technology, or high-tech organization)
  • Experienced and bring knowledge in the field of Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Employee Experiences and Global Mobility etc.
  • Excellent communicator, convincing and assertive
  •  Customer-oriented and able to provide swift, efficient consultations, coaching and facilitation to managers and top management
  • Strong analytical skills in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach
  • Good team player, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills and able to influence across different levels
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Law and local regulations
