Job Description:
1. Filing and update record
2. Handling of MPF administration (New Join / Termination)
3. Printing and handling of incoming CV
4. Arrange for interview session
5. Copy and maintain records of interviewee’s documents
6. Collect attendance records for payroll calculation;
7. Assist superior to handle data for employee payroll calculation
8. Assist superior to handle MPF, taxation and other related C&B issues
9. Handling new staff documentations and follow up;
10. Handling of employees’ enquirers’
11. Data entry
12. Employee compensation follow up
13. Updating of the staff leave record
Requirements:
1. 0-1 year relevant exp.
1. DSE or relevant qualification
2. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
3. Stable, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
