A reputable law firm is currently looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their company. This is a great opportunity for candidates with either strong HR internship experience or at least 1 year solid HR experience to join!

Client Details

My client is a reputable law firm with strong operations in HK and other APAC regions. They are currently seeking for a junior candidate to take on a generalist role. This candidate must have strong motivation and passion in HR to join their team. This opportunity offers:

  • Support all round HR operations to the HR team
  • Responsible for graduate and lateral recruitment including but not limited to job posting, interview co-ordination, support law fair, offer management
  • Manage on - off boarding process including but not limited to reference check, exit interview, visa application
  • Support L&D Operations
  • Handle all round applications and compliance documents to Law Society
  • Responsible for benefits administration of joiners and leaver
  • Provide support to payroll administration
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects

  • Degree from HR or related principles
  • At least 1 year solid HR experience in professional services; candidates who worked at law firm is an advantage
  • Speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
  • Personality: detailed minded, proactive, willing to commit, responsible and responsive
  • Strong command in MS Office
