Job responsibilities

1. Compensations and Benefits

  • Maintain accurate staff record in HR database
  • Support administrative work such as issuance of certificate of service, reference check, leave application handling, payroll slip processing etc.

2. Operations

  • MPF forms checking and processing
  • Review medical check report and update database

3. Co-worker Engagement

  • Support co-worker engagement activities

4. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Support on-site and in-store recruitment activities


Job requirement

  • University students in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Passionate in people
  • Willing to learn, detail-minded, and with good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese and English word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
