HR Coordinator/Senior HR Coordinator

The Role
The Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive support to the regional HR team by ensuring all operations and services are carried out smoothly and in a timely manner. The role requires good time and priority management as well as clear and effective communications skills as it strives to provide prompt and sound solutions to employees and departments. To succeed, he or she will be a great listener and efficient problem-solver, highly organized with attention to details, always ready to utilize his or HR expertise to meet the needs of the team and the business.

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. HR Operations

- Responsible for all HR Information System (Workday) activities
• Manage all transactional tasks on Workday in relation to staff movement or data change as well as annual HR exercise such as compensation and performance review
• Support system development and enhancement via identifying new functionalities, requirement gathering and testing
• Partner with Global HR Operations Team on Workday projects to streamline or enhance business processes
• Ensure employee records are up to date and accurate in line with global standards

- Administer HR services in relation to the below below areas:
• Recruitment (Job Requisitions, Career Day)
• Compensation & Reward (Annual Compensation Review)
• Talent Management (Annual Performance Review, Objectives Setting)
• Employment Life-cycle (On-boarding, Movement, Off-boarding)
• Global Mobility (Contracts, Relocation services, Visa & Tax support)
- Manage additional HR activities over auction periods such as visa application for oversea colleagues, payment to temp helpers, preparation of Long Service information
- Provide general departmental support such as event logistics organization, HR materials update, expense management and invoice payment

2, Compensation & Benefits

- Responsible for the monthly payroll management for Asia region working with finance and local vendors
- Admininister the end-to-end process from enrolment to termination of employee benefits such as medical insurance and pension scheme
- Provide employee information to assist with insurance renewal and cost allocation
- Work with Global C&B lead as well as regional HR team on record management

3. Recruitment

- Support Recruitment Manager and Hiring Manager during the hiring process
- Assist Recruitment Manager in global or regional recruitment projects
- Manage local Internship as well as Work Experience Program end-to-end from candidate sourcing and scanning, interviewing, recommendation and selections, visa support to on-boarding arrangement

The Candidate
 Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of working experience in HR administration
 Strong foundation of HR principles and knowledge of relevant ordinance and practices
 Skilled user of HR information systems; experience in Workday would be an advantage
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
 High degree of organization, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up promptly
 Tech-savvy with good command in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 Ability to work with clients in person and remotely, act with respect, discretion and integrity
 Professional work demeanour and able to work with all functions within a multinational corporate environment
 Ability to work both indepednetly as well as within a team, and promote team effectiveness
 Driven to learn and take on new challenges with positive attitude
 Commitment to regular and punctual attendance, flexible working hours when required
