What You Will Be Doing:

  • Copywriting, poster design and video editing for marketing purposes 
  • Maintain and create innovative content for regularly scheduled digital posts to enhance engagement and visibility
  • Identify potential sources of candidates, and thereby develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment related activities (Create job ads, schedule interviews, follow up etc.)
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms 
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned

 

What You Need for this Position:

  • Bachelor Degree holder, fresh graduate and IANG welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Open-minded, outgoing and independent quick learner
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in Adobe applications and video editing is an advantage
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
