Our core focus in Asia is delivering strategic and sustainable, global sourcing and supply chain solutions for McDonald’s Happy Meal. We are operationally based out of Hong Kong but our Asia teams are spread throughout Japan, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and Lebanon. We collaborate closely with our colleagues based in the US and Europe.

The Director, HR Business Partner is responsible for leadership of the Asia Human Resources department and is a business partner to the Global Sourcing & Supply Chain (GSSC) and Asia Pacific Agency leadership teams. This role will take ownership for talent management, succession planning, change leadership, and risk management. This person also manages strategic workforce planning to cultivate GSSC capability growth.
This role reports to the Managing Director, Global Sourcing and Supply Chain and functionally to the Senior People Partner.
